“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13 NIV

About the Founder

Hi, I’m Michele, grateful founder of Faithfully Embodied.

Through a healing journey only made possible by faith, hope, and God’s unconditional love, I discovered emotional freedom and wholeness are indeed possible.

Now, my heart’s desire is to help other women discover the same.

My approach is spiritual and my gift is to help and encourage others to remain hopeful, gain clarity, experience transformation, take agency, and live a joyful, peaceful, and balanced life.

In my free time, I enjoy dancing, painting, performing comedy, learning new languages, playing musical instruments, and writing.

It is a privilege to help you!

Our Story...

After obtaining nearly 500 hours of yoga teacher training, and before leaving the industry for God, Michele faced many adversities, including chronic illness, cancer, and divorce. However, despite much disappointment and a sense of defeat, she consistently relied on her faith and trust in God—and in herself and her gifts and capabilities—to keep her inspired on the journey of life. “’For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. ‘” Jeremiah 29:11 With faith, resiliency, and hope in a better future (that included peace, health, and more intimate fellowship with others), she decided to surrender fully to God’s will and was baptized in the Holy Spirit for the remission of sin. Genuinely caring and at ease, Michele now acts as a servant, a vessel, so she can support and empower other women through courageous acts of self-compassion and self-love via gentle movement and supported rest. With trust in the Holy Spirit, Michele creates a safe space and is able to offer her gifts humbly, with grace. Thank you for stopping by. We look forward to seeing you in class sometime soon!
