Well, hello!
It’s so good to be back! I have been super busy getting my sh*t together, so to speak, since my mom passed away. After sending me a significant sign of gratitude (that actually scared the bejesus out of me!), I noticed, over time, my mom become the “wind beneath my wings.” Yes,

Faithfully Embodied
Hi There, I'm Michele,
guided and grateful writer and founder of Faithfully Embodied.
Through a journey of overcoming only made possible by faith in God’s loving will, I discovered freedom and wholeness were more than just a daydream.
Now my heart’s desire ~ and divine purpose ~ is to help other women through shared experience and a prophetic blog.
It is an honor and privilege to be here with you!
About
Faithfully Embodied is a holistic freedom-focused life coaching program whose mission is to help other women who may feel inadequate, unsure of themselves, and stuck heal and move forward, freely and purposefully, with hope, wholeness, and peace.
About the Founder
Hi! I’m Michele, the founder of Faithfully Embodied, a faith-based healing ministry for women.
Through my professional training, as well as my own personal healing journey, I discovered there are spiritual and emotional root causes of chronic pain and dis-ease. Now, after overcoming serious illness myself and in response to a calling to help others, I offer life coaching and gentle yoga to women.
While I am trained and insured as a traditional yoga teacher, my style and approach is gentle, faith-based, and focuses on helping access the “rest and digest” nervous system, also known as the “parasympathetic”.
In my free time, I enjoy doing stand up comedy, painting, playing and writing music, and writing on various topics. Some other purposeful passion projects I dedicate time to are a south Florida lifestyle blog called “The Apple Alternative” and a fun faith-based recovery-focused podcast called “Dysfunctional”.
I am super grateful to be here and am looking forward to connecting with you!
